Moshe Peer, the founder of "Peer Moshe Engineering Consulting and Design Company Ltd," was 68 years old at his passing. He left behind his wife, three daughters, and four grandchildren. Although raised in Haifa, Moshe spent most of his life residing in Ramat Yishay. Moshe never abandoned his many diverse hobbies and endeavors throughout his life, including his professional pursuits. Moshe's trademark was the cowboy hat that he wore to recognize his well-known and loved hobby of horseback riding. Alongside his riding hobby, Moshe was also known for his proficiency in several additional hobbies such as riding motorcycles, ATVs, cycling, and skiing.
In 1977, Moshe established an engineering consulting and design firm. His motto, which led him to tremendous success in his field, was to design with high functionality and savings while meeting strict standards when faced with the client's satisfaction before him!
When we say, "thinking outside the box," we mean Moshe Peer. Moshe was someone constantly seeking engineering ideas and solutions through free creative thought, conceptual and effective thinking, all with professionalism, through hard work, fairness, and professional integrity.
He was always up to date in the realm of leading engineering solutions, marched in step with the technological spearhead, and always went head forward and worked with the most advanced tools and software on the market, thus leveraging his office into one of the leading engineering consulting and solutions firms in the country. All this manifested itself in 1995. The third-largest firm became a limited liability company (LTD) this year.
Moshe also instilled and imparted in the next generation his holistic and creative thinking and "seeing the overall picture" while giving thought to all the operational aspects and beyond the constructive facet, thus creating and developing many smart and cost-effective solutions both in terms of the skeletal body's costs and the project's functionality from start to finish.
Moshe's primary field of expertise was - design modification. This field obliged him with creativity and wisdom, values that Moshe imparted and passed on to all of the firm's employees.
"Peer Moshe Engineering Consulting and Design Company Ltd" employs over fifty leading engineers and technicians, an extensive managerial and administrative alignment, and a fair and professional bookkeeping staff.
The company is recognized for employing engineers who have obtained advanced degrees and graduated with honors from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and referred to us directly upon conclusion of their studies. In recent years, our firm has been recognized as a firm that trains and prepares many students to specialize in engineering consulting and design.

Injuries, damages, work time, and tens of millions of New Israeli Shekels were saved in these projects. Moshe was a master and professional consultant engineer. He left a professional and personal imprint that will remain for many years after his passing, but above all was a human being! May his memory be blessed.
