Moshe Peer Company is among the pioneering consultant engineering firms in Israel.  The company was founded in 1977 by Moshe Peer (z" l), who was among the pioneers in engineering consulting. 

The company CEO is Shimon Moyal, with over 22 years of seniority and experience in engineering consulting. 

The firm's offices are located in downtown Haifa in a two-story preserved stone structure known for its unique design and planning, and its area spreads over half a dunam.

The company's primary activity is an engineering consulting in industrial, public, and private construction.  Our firm walks in step with cutting-edge technological advancements in engineering consulting, champions, and leads in streamlining and planning building procedures while preserving precious funds and time resources. 

One of our most outstanding areas of professionalism is planning modification that requires holistic thought and vision while providing unanimously creative and professional solutions. 

The company employs over fifty of the leading and professional engineers and technicians in the field; our company maintains an extensive managerial and administrative alignment and an expert and professional bookkeeping staff. 

Our firm is known for its hiring of outstanding engineers holding master's degrees and PhDs from the Technion that during and following their studies are referred directly to our company for an internship, and eventually become an integral part of the company's staff.

In recent years our firm has been recognized as a firm that trains and prepares many students to specialize in engineering consulting and design.

The company's control and quality system are certified and recognized by the Standards Institute of Israel according to the Israeli and international standard ISO 9001:2015 Permit No. 28922.

Among the leading projects that we carried out:

North Sodom Conveyor: a conveyor for phosphates that at the date of its construction was the longest of its kind in

the world

Concrete Dome at Nesher: in 1995, following our company's design, the construction of a concrete dome structure was completed at Nesher Ramla with an internal diameter of 107 m, without any pillars except the perimeter - a structure with the largest concrete dome in the world.  In the concrete dome, we saved approximately $1,900,000 from the original design prepared by another firm.

International Conference Center - Haifa: in 1998, construction was completed on the spatial structure our firm designed at the International Conference Center - Haifa - the most complex steel construction ever carried out in Israel.  At the conference center, we saved on the roof's planning costs approximately $2,300,000 from the original design prepared by another firm.

Leading Industrial Projects:

• At Nesher Ramla, the world's largest cement mill - a production structure on a 3,500 m² area and an RDF project and silo for 20,000 tons of cement
• At Blades Technology Limited (BTL) in Nahariya - a new production factory for BTL on 50,000 m² at Tefen.
• A 16,000 m² paper machine at the Manai – "American Israeli Paper Mills" (currently Infinya.)
• A desalination plant at Soreq is the largest of its kind globally.
• A new steel factory for Yehuda Steels Co.
• A new production factor for Carmex Precision Tools Ltd in Ma'alot.
• Wheat silos - 17,000 tons for Stybel Co.
• Factories for Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.
