Company CEO - Shimon Moyal

Shimon Moyal graduated with a B.Sc. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1996 as an outstanding graduate on the President's List.

He was recruited and hired by the Peer Moshe Company in 1995 and since then involved in the design of thousands of projects in all fields of civil engineering.  From residential construction to building public structures, light and heavy industry, infrastructures, and marine engineering, aspiring towards cost-effective and efficient design according to the client's requirements and structures' functionality.

In 2003, he was appointed as the company's Chief Engineer.  Also, he served as a project mentor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion and a lecturer in the course Principles of Building Design.

He completed training in advanced degree subjects in the field of concrete bridges, selected chapters for prestressed concrete, spatial structures, high-rise buildings, tunneling, elasticity, and more.

Engaged in analyzes for highly complex structures, designed for optimization, treatment of building vibration problems, and performed harmonic, dynamic, transient analyzes for many special structures.

Accumulated extensive experience in complex and special structures in various fields such as heavy industry, concrete, and aluminum silos, marine structures, residential towers, and more.

Since 2009 he has been a partner in the company.

Upon the passing of the company's founder, Moshe Peer, in 2017, Shimon was appointed the company's CEO.
